Which Person Sounds Like You?

If You Recognize Yourself Here, You’re in the Right Place

Frank

– A Worn-Out Spouse

He’s been caring for his wife with Alzheimer’s around the clock. He’s exhausted but feels too guilty to ask for help.

He needs: support to access respite care, resources to ease the load, and reassurance that taking care of himself is part of loving his wife well.

Sherri

– The Daughter of a Stubborn Parent

Her mother won’t accept help, even though the warning signs are everywhere. Every conversation feels like walking a tightrope between respect and safety.

She needs: a professional advocate who can bridge the gap, build trust with her mom, and find solutions that honor her mom’s independence and her safety.

Jian

– The Long-Distance Son

He lives hours away from his dad, and every phone call fills him with worry. Is Dad eating? Taking his meds? Still safe at home?

He needs: someone he can trust locally to keep an eye on things, coordinate services, and give him peace of mind.

Rachel

– An Active Older Adult

She’s independent and proud of it, but she’s had medical concerns and insurance issues are slowing her down. Her kids are trying to help, but it’s straining their relationship. She wouldn’t mind support, but doesn’t want to be a burden or feel ‘managed.’

She needs: a professional who respects her independence, goals and privacy. Her family will feel relieved she has support; she’ll stay in control.

We believe caregiving shouldn’t feel like walking a tightrope.

Coaching

Talk through your top concerns with a licensed professional who listens, explains, and guides—without judgment. These 50-minute video sessions help you cut through confusion, manage family dynamics, find resources, and make clear, confident decisions.

Available after an initial consultation, coaching is perfect for follow-ups, fresh challenges, or refining your plan. Book as needed—we’re in your corner to help you get unstuck and move forward.

Assessment & Planning

When something feels off but you’re not sure what to do next, we help you get clarity. Our in-depth, in-person assessment takes a whole-person look at your situation—health, safety, cognition, support systems, decision-making, goals, and more. We identify risks and opportunities, then create a personalized, strengths-based plan with clear, realistic next steps.

The plan? —it’s your roadmap. Whether you’re planning ahead, responding to changes, or coordinating with family, the plan helps you move forward with confidence. Bonus! Your assessment is also useful to consolidate information now that you will need in the future for benefits, housing, or future care decisions.

Pricing: $525

Case Management

Ongoing, hands-on support to put your care plan into action—especially helpful if you’re busy, overwhelmed, or live far away.

We coordinate services, attend appointments, apply for benefits, monitor changing needs, and stay in regular contact. You’ll have a trusted local partner who knows your story, advocates for what matters, and helps prevent burnout.

Available to Lincoln-area residents, Case Management includes regular check-ins, early change detection, and even reminders for “joy builders” like social outings or wellness checkups—because thriving isn’t just about what’s urgent, but what brings meaning too.

Pricing: $95/hr, 4 hr monthly minimum

Save with package plans or continued support over time.

Concierge Services

Short-term, flexible support when something unexpected happens or you need extra help navigating a specific situation. Concierge Services are task-based and tailored to your needs—perfect when you don’t need ongoing support, but still want a trusted professional who knows your story.

We help with things like organizing documents, making calls, understanding insurance, planning respite care, or checking in on a loved one when you can’t be there.

Available to residents in the Lincoln, Nebraska area and nearby communities.

Pricing: $95/hr, or 3-hr package at $270

Counseling

Individual therapy for caregivers, adult children, and aging adults facing stress, loss, or life transitions.

Aging and caregiving bring complex emotions like anxiety, grief, and guilt. We provide a safe, compassionate space to process these feelings, build coping skills, and reconnect with your values. Our areas of focus include caregiver burnout, adjustment to dementia or medical illness, mood changes, life review and meaning-making in later life, and concerns related to addiction or behavioral health.

Counseling is offered to Nebraska residents and may be reimbursable by insurance.

Pricing: $110/session

Frequently Asked Questions

Check out our most frequently asked questions and get the information you need quickly.

What kinds of problems can you help with?

Aging and caregiving bring a lot of moving parts — from understanding insurance and care options to navigating healthcare, dementia, legal documents, mental health, and more.

We don’t pretend to know everything (let’s be real, no one can), but we’re skilled navigators with deep, real-world experience. When we’re not the right expert, we’ll connect you to someone who is — and help you coordinate all the pieces along the way.

You get clear, unbiased guidance — no sales pitch, no hidden referral bonuses, just support.

Do you take insurance?

Some services may be reimbursable by long-term care insurance or health insurance. We accept HSA/FSA cards and are recognized as an eligible expense by most HSA/FSA providers. We’ll help you understand your options.

Do you work with people outside Nebraska?

Most of our services are local to Nebraska, but virtual coaching is available across state lines.
